"My wife and I had the best experience when we drove over 600 miles from Northern NJ to pickup our new Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic from Romney Cycle. "From the first phone call to Romney when George answered the phone to my many call back to buy my new 2012 Hayabusa I was told that Romney is where I would get my bike. George was so professional that by the end of the week when I took my 4.5 hour ride to Romney I thought George was a part of my family. He was always polite and ready to answer any of my 100 questions. He made me feel like I have known him forever and we had never met. I remebmber on Thursday I had to decide on a color and George knew I was still in the air but when I told him I had went to my local motorcycle shop and decided on black he sounded so happy for me cause I was happy. When I arrived at Romney on Saturday morning the employee of Romney made me feel like I had just went to the local grocery store everyone was so polite and willing to help. My new bike was out front clean and ready for pickup. Donna in fianance was a pleasure to meet and was so willing to let me have her purple time bottle on her desk. She really brighten up my day. When it was time to put my new baby in the trailer George was there to strap it down and smiled through the whole thing and left me with a smile and a wave and said if you need anything I am just a phone call away. "Just bought a brand new FJR1300 from Romney Cycles and the experience has been great. The advertised price on Cycle Trader was fantastic and made me think maybe there was a catch. There wasn't. Timmy is an honest and straight up salesman that made the sale smooth and worry free. Larry went the extra mile to get a recall part in to accomodate me having to drive 2 hours to get there. "I spoke with Chad on the phone and told him I was looking for a new Suzuki Bandit. They didn't have any in stock but he stated he would track a few down. He called me back in a few hours and provided me my options. I told him I needed the bike in a week but needed it delivered to another dealership closer to our family farm. Chad�s response, "no problem, I can have sent over (no extra charge)". We did the deal over the phone in about 10 minutes. That Friday I was riding in the hills of West Virginia. The entire process could not have been any easier. Oh yeah, I compared prices with other dealerships in the Maryland area......Romney cycles sold me the bike for about $1600 less! " I live on the eastern shore (20mi.) on the other side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. A friend and myself rode up to check out the prices of ATV's as we had heard they were a lot cheaper up there. We found out $600 to $800 cheaper. We were realy impressed with the store, we counted about 160 full size ATV's on the floor not counting bikes. The sales person was very nice and not pushy about selling us someything as we had told him early on that we had come up to just check the place out.
